Sadly I have no photographs of my ancestors prior to pictures from the wedding of my parents in 1950. I can only guess that my grandparents were not well off. I take literally thousands of photos every year, but I don't often appear.

I was in the garden of a friend and I said I'd always wanted to hold a chicken. Thirty seconds later, he arranged it. His wife did the same when I mentioned the saxophone up the page, on a previous visit.
